Yes, at this time we are only open by Appointment. This means that you have the opportunity to shop in a calm, quiet and private boutique setting! The whole store is available to you and your party. We offer evening appointments starting at 5:45pm Monday-Thursday. Daytime appointments are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm. You can schedule your time using our online calendar HERE, or feel free to call/text 612-860-8197 to request a specific day/time.
We offer a wide variety of bridal gowns, including A-line, ball gown, mermaid, sheath, and everything in-between. Whether you are looking for lots of sparkle or a minimalist design, we will have something for you! Please note that all dresses are only available OFF THE RACK and cannot be special ordered. Our in-stock inventory consists of Pre-Owned dresses and NEW samples. Our designers are quite varied, but you will see many Mori Lee, DaVinci, James Madison, Maggie Sottero, Martin Thornburg, Rebecca Ingram and much more. We offer consignment options for brides to sell their wedding gowns in a safe space and to a wider audience than available via social media sales platforms. These pre-loved gowns are in great condition and give new brides the opportunity to purchase sustainably sourced formalwear for a fraction of the price.
Our new items are discontinued styles or floor samples from Bridal Shops in the Twin Cities area and from surrounding states in the Midwest. They have never been worn for a wedding or altered in any way. They may show slight wear from being tried on.
Oh yes! We have a large inventory of In-Stock formal dresses perfect for Moms and Grandmas. Many of these dresses have matching jackets or sleeves. Beaded details or lace accents on both full length and knee-length dresses.
No, we don't provide alterations at this location, but can make several recommendations based on your location! We can give general guidance as to what kind of alterations will be needed and what is possible to achieve with alterations - but we can't give any pricing or quotes since that will depend greatly on who ultimately performs the work.

Yes, we offer a wide variety of bridesmaid dresses featuring designers like Jenny Yoo, DaVinci, MoriLee, Bill Levkoff, Azazi and more. Please note that all dresses are purchased OFF THE RACK only and dresses cannot be special ordered. There is a range of color options but please note if your bridal party must have a specific shade from a certain designer.

You are scheduling a private shopping experience which means that you will have the entire store to yourself as you shop with your family and friends! While we don't have a set limit, please note that there is limited seating. For the best experience, we recommend that bridal appointments be limited to 5 guests or fewer. Wedding dress shopping is an intimate and emotional experience, and too many opinions can quickly become overwhelming for the bride. Keeping your group small helps create a calm, focused atmosphere where you can truly enjoy the moment and hear your own voice.
Choose the people who know you best, love you most, and will support your vision wholeheartedly. Quality over quantity always leads to a better “yes” moment.

We love tiny humans - they are adorable, squeezable and loveable - and we all understand that a huge part of their learning process is to explore and touch things. Literally everything in this store is white, delicate and breakable! These two things do not mix and it's hard to keep a kiddo contained for such a long time. It's not fair to them and it's not fair to the Bride who deserves a relaxed and distraction-free experience. We kindly ask that no children under the age of 10 be brought to an appointment. Babies who are happy to remain in a carrier are welcome. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our boutique clean and enjoyable.
No, at this time we do not allow any food or beverages in the boutique. Any beverages brought into the store will need to remain in a non-carpeted area.

Yes! Pictures are a great way to keep track of all the dresses you've tried on. It's helpful to keep a log of your top choices and circle back to them when you have it narrowed down.
No. Our stylists are here to help you if and when you need us. If you would like someone in the room to help get dresses on and off, we can do that for you based entirely on your comfort level. Otherwise, we are waiting right outside the room ready to help zip you up when you call.
Underwear is a requirement to try on a dress! That being said, its a good idea to wear something flesh toned (no black or polkadots - it WILL show through the dresses and ruin your pictures) and something with minimal panty-lines. If you think you would like to wear some kind of body suit or shapewear, be sure to bring it with you! It's helpful to see how shapewear will work with the dresses you try on!
Bras are optional depending on your comfort level. Most dresses have bust cups sewn into them or are best suited to nothing but bodytape. It's easier to get the full picture of a dress without competing bra straps.
Yes. Since there is only one of every dress, it's important to ensure that the gown you love is still there for you while you make a decision. We ask for 10% of the sale price. Once received, we will remove the dress from the sales floor for 2 weeks. If you choose to buy that dress (or any other!) from our store, that 10% will go towards the final sale, otherwise it is non-refundable.
Yes. We can work with Brides who would like to set up payment plans. Like a layaway, the gown will stay in our store until fully paid for. The number of payments and the amounts will vary depending on the needs to each Bride.
No, not really. This is a rule we have bent on occasion, but this is done on a case by case basis and with exceptional circumstances. Because of the nature of our business, we pay out consignment sales to the owners of the item. If they are later returned, this comes at a huge loss to Arabella Bridal until such time as that item can be sold again. In this age of quick purchases, buyers remorse, and easy online returns, it can be difficult for brick and mortar stores to compete. We do not believe in high-pressure sales tactics, and so our understanding is that if you purchase an item, it was done with the full intention of keeping that item. If you aren't quite sure...we can wait. Buy what you want and want what you buy!
We are an appointment-only bridal boutique, which means your reserved time is set aside exclusively for you and your experience.
Because each appointment requires dedicated styling time, private fitting space, and personalized attention, we kindly ask that brides book when they are genuinely ready to shop for their gown — even if they are still open-minded about finding “the one.”
We absolutely understand that saying yes to a dress is a big decision, and there is never pressure to purchase. However, we do encourage early-stage browsing and broad style exploration to happen online beforehand so we can make the most of your appointment together.
