We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  It is so important to us that our customers feel confident in the representation of the product. It must be understood however, that many of the items listed on our site are gently used and may have slight imperfections.  We work hard to photograph and detail any damage that is seen, but we are only human after all and mistakes may happen so we will happily accept any returns for product we did not accurately represent. We are a small, privately owned business that enjoys finding one-of-a-kind treasures and bringing it to a wider audience. But because of our size, we are not able to easily absorb the costs of returned product.  We endeavor to reduce the waste in our commerce systems and this includes  the current trend of overbuying with the intention of returning what you don't want.
